We ship business days, Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped using Australia Post and will ship within 3 business days. Orders with expedited shipping must be placed prior to 3pm to go out that day. Any order placed after 3pm with expedited shipping will not go out until the following day. Orders placed on national holidays will ship the following business day.

All Domestic (Australia-wide) shipping is free.

Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide an alternate address if you receive mail via PO box.

International orders will arrive 6-12 business days after order is received, athough the actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.  Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of or replace parcels shipped internationally that go lost or missing.

All international orders are final sale, no returns accepted.

All International shipping is a flat rate of $35 AUD.
